Above Dimension Corp. provides services that assist companies to grow through acquisition. We are experienced in the intricate process of finding and approaching prospective sellers through final implementation of the deal and the integration of the newly acquired company.

Services

• Assisting the buyer in defining the acquisition criterion.
• Developing lists of prospective target companies. Approaching the target companies, on behalf of the buyer, to ascertain their willingness to consider terms of acquisition.
• Assisting in the valuation, structuring, and consummation of all acquisition transactions, while determining the best value of the business to be bought. This includes true market value and financial report analysis.
• Preparing an informative package describing the company to be bought. In addition, a macro economic conditions, political stability, and demographic report on the home country of the selling company is presented.
• Identifying and ranking all qualified prospective sellers.
• Approaching prospective sellers on behalf of the seller in a confidential manner.
• Assisting the buyer in evaluating offers, and negotiating all terms of the transaction, and facilitating consummation of the transaction in conjunction with the buyer's advisors.

Joint Ventures

On rare occasions, in the case of substantially large projects, Above Dimension will waive fees and take equity position instead. Our services will be part of our investment in the given project as part of a Joint Venture with all parties involved. Joint Ventures, through Above Dimension, provide a way for companies wishing to establish a presence internationally without carrying the full burden of doing so. Some hosting country, such as China, might reinforce joint venture law, thus so Chinese companies can have half of the control of the new company.
